Come join us to observe the playful habits of Maui’s most consistent return visitor – the humpback whale. The waters off West Maui have long been the favored vacation spot of these massive marine mammals. The Alii Nui provides maximum space and comfort. There are plenty of areas to enjoy the “show” from our spacious, shaded cabin or deck areas. A Marine naturalist is always onboard with facts about these gentle giants. A hydrophone will allow you to listen to the amazing songs the humpback whales sing; Maui’s best “Whale Karaoke.” Our whale watch will run seven days a week from mid-December until the whales go home.
A large spread of gourmet hot and cold appetizers will be served on board throughout the excursion. A selection of domestic & craft beers, seltzers, premium red & white wines and champagne, and top tier liquors are also included (ID required for alcohol consumption and for your safety.)
Leave the driving to us! Experience the comfort and ease of our transportation service available from most south side resort areas ONLY (Maalaea, Kihei, Wailea & Makena).
NOTE: Transportation from the West side area (Lahaina, Ka’anapali, Kahana, Napili & Kapalua) is NOT available.
A short teaching session in our shaded classroom is followed by a water skills lesson in our 10 foot deep dive pool to provide a relaxing environment for our new divers. Divers will then go directly from the pool and then dive in the ocean on our House Reef.
Explore Molokini & Turtle town in Wailea, HI on this tour! Our first destination is the world famous Molokini Crater, a marine reserve below water and bird sanctuary above. The visibility on this reef system averages 100+ feet and provides a panoramic view of the marine ecosystem.
This three hour afternoon excursion’s destination is the famous Turtle Point. This area has the second longest continuous reef on Maui and has a great population of Hawaiian Honu (green sea turtles).
