A short teaching session in our shaded classroom is followed by a water skills lesson in our 10 foot deep dive pool to provide a relaxing environment for our new divers. Divers will then go directly from the pool and then dive in the ocean on our House Reef.
One 2-hour session & two 5-hour sessions!
- Must be an Advanced Open Water Diver, complete the PADI Rescue Diver e-learning prior to Day 1, complete the Medical Questionnaire, and either have a recent CPR and First Aid certification (last 24 months) or enroll in the complimentary EFR class.

Enhance your skills with our Rescue Diver Course in Wailea, HI!
One of the best ways to improve your skills and be the best dive buddy ever is to be certified as a Rescue Diver. Students will refresh their Emergency First Responder skills, if necessary, before engaging in two five-hour sessions over two days. Students will learn how to handle panicked and tired divers, fix minor gear issues, use an emergency oxygen kit, and gain confidence as a diver and dive buddy.
